ABOUT KAMUN
WHAT IS KAMUN?
KAMUN is an international Model United Nations conference that is hosted annually at King’s Academy, a private co-educational boarding school in Madaba, Jordan. Each year, hundreds of students from different corners of the country, region, and globe are invited to participate in problem-solving sessions, attend lectures from prominent leaders, and engage in social gatherings that bring us together.
ABOUT MUN

Model United Nations (MUN): MUN is an extracurricular activity that seeks to nurture politically astute, well-informed, and collaborative global citizens. The activity involves students simulating the United Nations in its procedures, and emulating global diplomats’ problem-solving in organized committees. As a delegate, you will represent the interests of an assigned nation, research topics, and write and debate resolutions within a specified committee that is either designed by students or modeled after real UN bodies. KAMUN is proud to offer a diversified array of UN committees and specialized forums.
